English version

“The company wants to integrate with its environment to ensure the legitimacy necessary to its growth (...) We are socially responsible by encouraging the dissemination of artistic masterpieces in the audience”.
Alain Dominique Perrin, Cartier foundation.

It is quite significant that companies who have something to be forgiven first play on the patronage map. Responsibility is handed over, coupled, passed on from person(s) to person(s). Sponsorship, the godfather, the one who pushes and secures continuity.
We do not bathe, we are bathed by another. It takes a village to raise a child.
The space is organized as an extra-ecclesiastical baptism, an unofficial invented second-world. All work shown on the ground, and all energy directed to the depths of the earth.
Here is the spiritual setting for the new issue of BABY DOC journal, a sluggy bath prepared by the editors, an abstract puddle. It deals with the birth liquids, permanent dew, energetic fluids and slow motion that have been slipped and leaked in the process of putting the issue together. A social drama.
No more juice = death. Sometimes the slug is happily wandering always forwards leaving its trace. Other times they are seen going in circles, dried up and run out of juice. In an orthodox baptism the resistant body disappears three times into the pool. A solution is liquid, is also to solve a problem, it is also a rupture or a tear.
The issue is actively launched through submersion and burying, the comic logic of the inversion. As a stone dropped into water asks for a come-back, surrounded by little unofficial sponsors and uncertain relatives.
We do not bathe, we are bathed by another. It takes a village to raise a child.
